I glimpse my reflection,
that alter being
who harbors all my fears;
questions the unquestionable;
tears at trust

Trust
mediates the differences,
binds the gaps,
holds everything together,
pushes us to believe
we can conquer all obstacles
so love can heal
.
Excellent. A friend gave me a little gray stone for Christmas–she painted “Trust 2015” on one side, and “day by day” on the other. For me, trust is part of my faith–it’s not easy, but it’s what I’ve got. Have a blessed day.
